2. Maintenance Responsibility: Maintenance of the bicycle and equipment is the sole responsibility of the EMT.

3. Accident & Liability Disclaimer: RapidEMx shall NOT be held responsible for any accident, mishap, injury, damage, or loss during operation.

4. Operational Responsibility: The EMT is solely responsible for safe operation and compliance with traffic laws.

5. Insurance: The EMT is advised to obtain vehicle and professional liability insurance at their own cost.

6. Service Standards: The EMT agrees to maintain RapidEMx standards and submit PCR for every case.
